The ONE..!!

I have had many years,
and here i experienced another ONE..

Thinking down the lines,
I entangled between the two,
was it a dejavu or a real ONE..

Having variegated memories throughout,
it all began with a persistent start..
and ended with a transient ONE..

The last sem of engineering full of emotions emanated..
love buds got matured enough,
and stags found their feelings elevated..
as they were familiar with the fact that,
its not worth of giving proposals to many,
instead getting the acknowledgment of ONE..

College ended on a mixed note..
one hand with a job letter
and one hand with a love rejection note,
four years routed in a flurry,
did i give my best shot or abdicated everything in a hurry..
whatever it was,
ahead was another caravan,
Another city, another intelligentsia,
"My native place is extra terrestrial.."
was having the stated dementia..
But no regrets for anything,
as i was relishing my first company,
my first experience, my first code that made a machine work the real ONE..

Settling in a much hyped city was like a roller coaster,
"Rs 40 is the cost of 5 ltr mineral water can" in a city like bangalore ,
was really an energy booster..
Addition to it.. in a ricey-state ,
where "kari patta" dominates every garnish,
we had succeeded in finding a meal that too north-indian ONE..

Savoured the breezy climate,
discovered new friends and toured the malls,
as one wont find anything else here above them all..
And here comes the end of the year,
that witnessed a company bunk for a movie and my first ONE..

But it was worth,
coz the movie was as if related to all or related to none..
specially mentioning it "Taare Zameen Par.."
it assisted me realizing my childhood i had lost.. or was living in ONE..
i gave myself a perturbed look and asked myself..
do i really need to ask for many..
when i dont know which is the ONE and what is the value of ONE..!!

Lets celebrate ONE this year..!!

Done For the Day or Preempted..!!

May be this release would be having nail biting competition with "Aja Nachle" but this belongs to a different genre.

You are Done for the Day is quite an ambiguous statement. For the engineers like me, these are the ultimate words which EITHER put the interview process to a conclusive halt down pouring the utmost expectations of walking the corporate carpet OR gift a new life after an hour long anguish of listening blah-blah from the manager. But on the other side, it signifies the definite end of a proposed start. Lucky one Huh..

Take the case of To-be Indian Taslima, Bangladeshi writer who was tooth picked out without being given a shot. Such preemption just shows the regional autocracy of our democracy.
When it comes to our goals that we have had and sought to achieve them, the major apprehensions lie in "Whether i will be able to do justice with it or it would be a part of trash with insincere attempts ?" (....or i would say another preemption)
In our monotonous life, nobody is zealous enough to make it out - "Is this thing really done for the day or m going to preempt it to an indefinite future ?"

A persistent example of preemption lies in recent decision of centre govt. of no hike in petrol prices and just chucking the oil PSUs out of the race. This is an instance when someone is not given a stance to call it done for the day. Rather PSUs are being criticized of not following the suit of social welfare and making huge profits out of common man pocket. May be Govt doesnt want people to doubt its incapability to manage the complex markets of corporate bracket.

So, for today, i am calling this release "done for the day" and if somebody think that its preempted, just post your comments..!!

When it comes to you..!!

So here is the first release from Dj Talkies and hope it would go a long way. I am not a writing freak but When it comes to you you have to get it started. Similar kind of situation has morphed everybody, be it a personality like Rahul Dravid or even the Prime minister of India. Maneuvering each and every gifted opportunity is need of the hour. Being a workaholic, i could have taken the opportunity to advocate for the hard work but i wouldn't coz these days, its not an accessory in demand. One's dexterity to deliver the things when they come to you , should be accrued with his hard work.
From a statutory slavery to an incredible India, we have come of ages. Now we are among the players who have expertise in predicting the future. Our staggered and fragile system wont work any more. We need a reincarnated "Om" with a well judged plan to weed out the deep rooted effluent. So its a high time for us to perform as "it has come to us and we have to" or otherwise it would be another chapter following deal123...
